Like his dad, Andy Mitchell started sweeping the floors at the lumberyard when he was 12 years old.  Andy continued to work at Mitchell Lumber until, with the encouragement of his father, he decided to pursue his own passion in becoming a firefighter.  Due to Jeff's unexpected passing in 2014 Andy returned to run the business full time.  He and his wife Breezy currently operate the business while he splits his time between career firefighting and Mitchell Lumber Co.
